Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility Criteria

Returned items must be unused, kept in their original intact packaging with all original tags attached. Please enclose your order number and proof of purchase inside the return parcel.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper use

Return Process

  1. Send an email to chen16605720999@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you detailed return instructions once your request is confirmed.
  3. Ship the item back via a trackable courier service.

Return Shipping Fees

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties and import taxes incurred during return transit.

If the return is caused by our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, manufacturing defects, transit damage), we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or product exchange.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel, and attach clear photos of the product and its original packaging. We will resolve your case promptly.

Refund Processing

After we receive, inspect and approve your returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer for funds to reflect in your account.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges

Direct exchange service is not available at present. If you wish to swap for a different product, return your original item first and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of checkout, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to submit a cancellation request.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes or import clearance fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority. All such charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
